Interview with Craig, Monday the 7th May 2012
Meet Craig, an Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran specializing in Explosive Ordnance Disposal. Craig took his financial education home-study with him to Afghanistan. Now he averaging 4 – 5 % return on capital per month.
Craig’s story:
“I grew up in country Queensland where I completed my schooling before heading off to the Gold Coast to attend University. I successfully completed a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management Major) degree during which I worked with IMG managing events such as the Gold Coast Indy and Mercedez Benz Golf Cup. After Uni I was accepted into the Royal Military College - Duntroon where I undertook 18 months of intense Military training to be an Officer in the Australian Army. My first posting as a Lieutenant was to Townsville for 2 years during which time I had a 4 month exchange to Germany with the British Army and an Operational tour of Iraq.
At the completion of my first posting I was placed on the Ammunition Technical Officers course where I completed 12 months of training as a bomb tech. Being promoted to Captain I completed a few more postings and was sent to Florida, USA to complete the United States Explosive Ordnance Disposal Course. After 9 years in the Army I was looking at settling down to family life and began the process of transferring out of the regular Army. A week out from my discharge date I was asked to deploy to Afghanistan due to the high work rate for technicians at that time. Having a great love for the job and the excitement/curiosity that goes with it, I deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 for 8 1/2 months in Tarin Kowt. During this time I ran the Ammunition Supply Point and conducted convoys and explosive disposals (among other tasks)
This was a challenging deployment with the loss of 10 Australian soldiers but rewarding in what we were able to achieve.
Upon returning to Australia (and after 11 years of service) I carried on with the initial plan and transferred from the regular Army and now only go in from time to time to do Explosive Ordnance Disposal as a Reservist. I live in Brisbane and have settled into a Consulting job in Complex Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (as they say, you can take the boy out of the Army...) and spend as much time as I can with family and friends - photo attached.
I am a mad sports fan but at the moment only dabble in golf and watersports (wakeboarding and surfing). I still live a busy lifestyle but intend for this participation level in sport to increase as I replace my income and buy back my time.
Trading:
I have always had a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to setup multiple sources of income. I had always put the love of my job first though and let it consume the majority of my time. Having realised that this was not the best way forward into the future, I decided to start gaining a better financial education and explore the possibilities that are out there. As such, I had an Education homestudy package sent to me over in Afghanistan so that I could make full use of any 'downtime' I had while I was away. From this I have set up an Eminis trading account and after further research discovered a little gem that didn't take up so much of my time and energy called Passive Options. It took me a little while to settle in to home life and set up a trading account but I am pleased to say that I placed my first trades with Peter Bland's assistance in November 2011. Having started out with a small account while I got the feel for it, I have now been able to grow that account over the last few months and continue to set goals to increase its size both through this trading strategy and other funding.
My Goal:
I plan to replace my income within 5 years and put my energy into ventures such as online business and conducting renovations - as well as spending more time with family and friends.
I see this strategy as being a large catalyst to achieving this goal due to its consistent returns and passive nature. It is probably the major contributor to the excitement I now feel well planning the financial future for my family and I.
Since November I have averaged around 4 to 5% ROI per month but this is getting better every time as I become more educated and aware of the system.

Interview with Joy, Monday the 23rd April 2012
Born in Rhodesia, lived as an expat at a Botswana Nickel mine for 8 years. Returned to my home county now called Zimbabwe in 1997 and purchased a farm - our retirement plan was to get this run down farm productive so we could live comfortably in our old age. We put in 4 years of hard work, all our savings plus had bank loans for millions of dollars.
However Robert Mugabe's land distribution scheme took the farm and never paid us a cent.
Bank loans of several million Zim dollars still needed to be repaid. Which we ultimately did.
In June 2004 immigrated to Australia with our 2 children. Arrived with AU$ 20 000. Started to learn how money worked in Aussie. Read books by Robert Kiyosaki , Jamie McIntyre. Both of us were in our 40's knew we had very little time to set ourselves up for retirement. Needed to own investment properties and have an income. I started teaching in 2005 and my husband worked as an engineer in Mackay. These jobs were not going to set us up for an early retirement. My husband started up an Engineering Consultancy in 2006.
I need to make additional cash flow and looked to the stock market. I started with Covered calls and call options in 2010. Struggled as I was doing this by myself as a consequence not much success.
I wanted a consistent strategy and a mentor. I found Peter Bland. Passive Options is a conservative strategy that has a mentoring program that gets you started and keeps you on track through webinars, emails and phone calls.
I started trading with Passive Insurance in October 2011. Started with $10 000 and decided if this strategy gave me 3%pm for 3 months I would then put my savings into this. It did and I have.
My results have been From Oct - Dec 2011 3% return per month. I then increased my capital to $85 000 and signed up as a Platinum member, Jan - Apr 2012 5% per month. By averaging 5%pm in 32 months I will have reached my goal of $20 000pm.
I have learnt that having a mentor who is trading with you gives you confidence in the strategy. The stock market takes its direction form factors outside of your control, Passive Insurance has strategies to cover all possible situations - being calm and patient when applying the strategies results in a positive increase in your capital. Always be willing to learn something new.
Our goal is to be making $20 000 per month and to retire from teaching/work in the next 3 years. With the success I am experiencing with this Passive Options program we are well ahead of schedule to reach our goal.
The future has all sorts of possibilities - travel, adventure. One thing is for certain there won't be major worries about the lack of money.
Writing this makes me realize again how blessed I am. To be able to rebuild our futures in the 8 years we have lived here in Mackay is amazing. This rebuilding would never of happened without goals and a new financial education.

Interview Eddie. Monday 9th April 2012 
This week we have the pleasure of meeting Eddie who has been averaging 9% return on capital per month for 10 months.
Eddie like many of us was searching for a way out.
These are his words....."my wife 'Fi' and I were looking at starting something new to pull away from living from pay check to pay check! We were looking at buying property and starting a portfolio off, when Fi's mum pointed me in the direction of trading, she took me to the 4 day seminar in Auckland last year, and that's where I meet Peter Bland.
When we first met Peter Bland I was tipping the scales at 116kgs and feeling pretty crap about myself, but since starting Peter's Passive Options trading program and particularly the Lucky Life Mindset Program I have literally turned my life around in more way than one.."

Eddie continues saying....
"Not only did I start returning on average 9% per month with my trading, but I started to train for Ironman and over the next year I have lost 32kgs!! Man what difference!! I have now completed 2 x Half Ironman's and 2 x Half Marathons, and this year my goal is to do, Rotoura Marathon on the 28th April, Taupo Half Marathon in August, 3 x Half Ironman's and the Big Show Ironman NZ in March 2013JJ Busy year for me, and that with Family and work, well I need more time, and with Pete's program this is possible.
Because of this program I am now now happy with me which was key to becoming financially free.
We started off with a small account, while learning the strategy. And since gaining my confidence and over coming my fear, we wanted to inject our trading account with more Capital 'Bread', so we put our house on the market, which sold 2 months ago, so our account went from $25,000 to $140,000.
What I want out of my trading is, to leave my J.O.B. next year, around August, and be in a position that I'm returning $25,000 per month, this will give my family a whole lot more Options in life. To be able to travel, I'm from the UK and would like my kids grandparents to see them more, and with this I possible.
We are aiming high with our dreams, you have too! Fi and I aim to buy some land and build our dream house, we also are aiming to be Millionaires in Three Years.
I started trading live July 2011 and have averaged 9% return for every month traded since then.
I have learnt that you don't have to work hard for money!! And that's how I was brought up, you have to work hard to get money 'BULL SHIT', the only thing that gets in the way of making money is your 'J.O.B. WORK', so true!! Also gaining the right mind set, which Pete helps you with, this is also key to becoming successful with everything!!
Best part about the program is that I love it.
It is all very easy to learn and if I can learn it well anyone can lol!
I love the live webinars which are so helpful with your trading etc, sometimes we haven't anything to talk about with trading because it is all going so well so we end up just having a catch up with all the members who are taking the same trades.
The future is looking very bright for my family and I, this is the start of becoming financially free for my Family."....

Interview Aaron. Monday 2nd April 2012
Aaron's journey to find financial freedom started some 15 years ago.
He was 20 years old, living in his parent's home in Parramatta, NSW, searching the internet, wealth creation magazine and property newspaper articles looking for a way to take him out of the "rat race".
He attended seminars and intro webinars always seeking for what he knew must be there but felt was just out of his reach.
Finally, 4 years ago Aaron took the brave step and invested in a trading program offering E minis and Forex.
Unfortunately, it didn't work out and Aaron lost money. However he didn't loose the most important thing which was the fundamental belief that there must be a way out there that does actually teach you to make money, that doesn't require you to stay up at night staring at a screen and had the results that he had been looking for 15 years to take him out of the "rat race."
In 2011 Aaron was talking to a friend who was trading doing covered calls. The friend was not doing very well and had been researching alternative ways to trade options on the US market.
When the friend switched over and was having success learning to write naked puts with Peter Bland's Passive Options program he recommended Aaron do the same.
Even though Aaron's journey had been long and the fruits of his labours were scarce he was still willing to hear the friend out and research Passive Options, Peter Bland and the Leadership Group.
Here we are 4 months later on. Aaron has made on average 4.2% every month for 3 months live trading and he is incredibly excited about the future.
Even though the job he does as a shift worker merchandising for Tip Top and Schweppes hasn't changed, he says his attitude toward the work has changed.
He now knows that ever dollar he earns that is not required for basic living goes straight into his OptionsXpress trading account where he has been averaging 4.2% return every month.
Now he sees that if he keeps on doing this for a year he can in effect almost double each dollar he is able to earn as a shift worker, transfer to his account and then trade with Passive Options writing puts on the US market.

Interview Marko: Monday 26th March 2012
Now this week we have the pleasure of meeting Marko.
Marko is a 21 years old former student of engineering at Auckland University.
When Marko's father passed away 4 years ago this left Marko, his mother and younger sister with the inevitable challenge of meeting the financial demands of a grieving family from one income and the outgoings of a non performing negatively geared property portfolio.
The responsibility of unraveling the half applied investment plans of his late father fell squarely on Marko's shoulders.
With no plan left and no experience in investing Marko attended a weekend seminar on wealth creation.
He chose to invest in both the Naked Puts (Passive Options) and Emini program at the same time. He funded both accounts and set about trading full time for a year.
Marko is first to admit that he focused mostly on the Eminis because he was attracted by the promise of the "high returns."
Here we after just over a year of full time trading both strategies and Marko says that "what i have learnt is that whilst the e minis offers high returns, it gives sporadic, not consistent results, it takes a long time to master personally and requires 30+ hours of night time investment per week.
He now has come back to realise that making a small amount consistently with Passive Options with a low time investment and the one on one support he receives is actually far more profitable in the long run.
With his Passive Options account Marko traded with $10,000 account last year and over all averaged between 3 -5 % each month of trading.
Now this year he is gradually transferring his funds from the emini account into his Passive Options account. He is now trading $40,000 has averaged 8% per month this year and still looking for ways to free up capital to place into his trading account.

Interview Steven Monday 19th March 2012
Steven is a former army Major who now works as a consultant to the army. His wife Robyn is school teacher and they have 2 young children.
Together for years and years they have had the dream of retiring to Byron Bay and using that as a base while they set off to travel the world.
Unfortunately, despite his success on the property market Steven says that "up until recently it just didn't seem like it was ever going to actually happen."
Steven has been investing in property since 1996, buying and selling over 10 residential homes..currently owning a shopping complex in QLD.
After reading books on property, a chapter in one talked about writing options as a means to compliment property investment with income generating cash flow. With this in mind Steven continued his research into stock options and how to trade them.
He began reading books on writing options however the challenges of setting up an options trading account and the fear of entering into the perceived high risk world of options trading stopped him from pursuing this further.
He did attempt to diversify into Australian shares using basic technical analysis methods but with mixed results. As he says "certainly nothing to write home about."
For the last 2 years he has been working as a consultant/contractor for the Defence on high rates, however it looked like the contract would finish at the end of 2011. Hence the urgency to find an alternative income became a priority.
He then was driven to again research writing options for income. Through this research he was then introduced to Peter Bland, the Leadership Group Education and the Passive Options strategy.
Luckily the Defence Contract continued. However he was recently told that it would only last for a further 12 months (ending in Dec 12)
If he was to make his long term goal of retiring to Byron Bay then he needed to act and to act now.
He did.
He commenced trading with Passive Options in November 2011 with the goal of funneling all disposable funds from the Defence contract into the trading account. Steven starting trading with $20,000 increased this each month through profits and savings and is now trading with $50,000.
He has been trading Passive Options now for 3 months averaging 6% per month.
Because of the confidence he has gained from the education he has received, the one on one coaching and the real trading results he has experienced Steven has now placed the shopping complex on the market with the intent to flood his trading account with $300,000.
The family have now changed there whole view on what is achievable by 2013 and are now all looking to retire and move to Byron Bay by the start of 2013.
He has has set up a poster of the world in the lounge room to identify places to visit...starting with France and Italy (there is a long list).
Wow!
What a great story. I love a good story of an Aussie that has a dream, takes action and inspires others with his success.

Only 4 months ago Ramon was made redundant from his long term corporate job.
With a young family and the financial demands this brings he was faced with a tough choice:
